There is a big difference between a human point of view and God’s point of view. Confusions may be the products of what we see, think, hear or feel. Our senses make up in our minds what we consider or deem to be the truth of our circumstances. But the truth is not what we see, think, hear or even feel…Truth is a person…Truth is Jesus Christ. “I am the way, the TRUTH and the life…” (John 14:6)

What we believe to be the truth of the matter may not be truth at all. There is a big difference between our human point of view and God’s. Humans can only judge the situation from its present state. But God sees eternity, past, present and future. We may be overwhelmed by the mountain of challenges or struggles we face and oftentimes think of giving up. We know that its magnitude is way beyond our strength and capabilities. Yet God sees the beautiful scenery beyond the mountain, the light at the end of the tunnel, the silver lining of a dark cloud…the better person you will become after this trying season of your life.

A defeat can be victory…weakness as strength…foolishness as wisdom…insufficiency as abundance…demotion as promotion…distraction as redirection…failure as learning. You and I have our own opinion on things but God’s ways are not our ways, or His thoughts our thoughts. Everything finds its real meaning when we stop worrying and hand it over to the One who is in control of all things – Jesus Christ.
